👋 Attending Your Appointment
Clients aged 16 and older are welcome to attend independently. Clients under age 16 must be checked-in by a parent or guardian.
A parent or guardian is also always welcome to stay during the session if that feels most comfortable!
Please make sure the contact information provided with your booking is accurate and that your parent or guardian is reachable during the appointment.
🏠 About Your Session Space
Your Glow Session will be held in my home office, located just inside the front door, so you’ll be in and settled quickly!
The rest of the home will remain private and separate during your appointment. A private washroom is also available if needed.
🐾 Pet-Friendly Home
We are a proud dog-friendly household! If you requested a pet-free session, our furry family members will be kept completely away from the office space during your appointment.
You may still hear the occasional bark—they do like to announce themselves!
💄 How to Prepare
For the most accurate results, please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.
Colour analysis looks at how different shades interact with your natural skin tone and features. Foundation, concealer, tinted moisturizer, or heavy makeup can affect what we see during draping.
Forgot or need to arrive wearing makeup? No worries—I’ll have makeup wipes available.
A few more ways to prepare:
- Wear a top with an easy neckline so your neck and upper chest are accessible during draping (aka no turtlenecks, please!).
- Avoid using self-tanner shortly before your appointment.
- Come as you are—there is no need to style your hair or wear anything special!
⏰ What to Expect — Your 45-Minute Teen Glow Session
Your session runs for approximately 45 minutes and includes:
✓ A comprehensive analysis using professional colour drapes
✓ Real-time colour comparisons against your natural features
✓ Identification of your colour season and best tones
✓ Guidance on clothing colours, neutrals, and prints
✓ Tips for hair colour and makeup shades, where relevant
✓ Practical ideas for everyday outfits, shopping, school events, grad, and photos
✓ A take-home palette of your best colours
📸 Photos and Social Media
Photos will only be taken or shared with permission from both the client and their parent or guardian.
It is completely okay to say no—photo permission is never required to receive your session.
📋 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Rescheduling is welcome with more than 14 days’ notice. Please reach out through Instagram or the Glow Theory website to arrange another time.
All sales are final, and refunds are not available for booked sessions. Please make sure the appointment date works for both the client and their parent or guardian before booking.
